2: Fresh to moderate breeze North with thick fog first part of 24 hours -- Last part of 24 hours light North wind fair and smoke -- Sea smooth -- General duties for the day -- 1st asst went to Newport and fishing -- Keeper & 2nd asst showing visitors in tower -- Barometer 29.82
