Gilpin. Sent Charley to Ed. Baswell's.

Beautiful morning. Sarah
called for advice & medicine E. Boswell
brought a pair of horses for me to look at.
Harry Lea & Ernest dined here. Dora &
Willie went to meeting. Extracted "knaggs" for
Harry Bro: Chas: called. Evening Joseph
& Gilpin Stabler called.

Jno: Abel sent me some money
on Jno: Grimes' account went to office
& to E. Boswells' Cousin Hannah Chandlee &
her nephew "Clarence Leadbeater" spent afternoon
here Charley stopped off to Riverside
whilst I was taking a nap & did not return
until late in the evening. I drove Herbert
C to Ashton & walked back.
