Enclosed sketch shows tile required for Gov. Stanford's residence. Floor to be red, - on walls cream colored, - moulding tile about 1½ inches wide - chocolate color. Floor & wall tile 6" x 6" square.

Telegraphed to Boston yesterday about redwood finish. Reply received tonight, says Rodman did not change specifications and orders all finish in rooms above 1st story of residence to be Port Orford cedar.
