Mr Arthur Brown,

We have seen the Governor, also Mrs Stanford, and they express themselves as pleased, with the work. In fact, we are to continue our work in the Parlors, Hall and Bed Rooms.

I want to see you on Monday sure, and will call at your Oakland Pt office at say 9. or 9.30 Monday A.M.

Under the circumstances I think we will have to ask for say $2000. we need it very much.

Yours truly
