requests are now awaiting the
demand of my Executors to
execute my desires.

These bonds consist of four
per cent Southern Pacific Company
of Kentucky, cupon bonds interest
payable semi-annually and
principle due in 1949.

The following named heirs
are to be receive their bequests
in Bonds, instead of Gold Coin.

My brother Ariel Lathrop of
Albany New York State. I
desire he shall receive during
his life on earth the interest
on two hundred thousand bonds
one thousand ($1,000) dollar
Bonds of the above named bonds
to be paid semi-annually. At his
death as he has no children
these bonds shall be divided
equally between his only brother
Charles G. Lathrop of California
his two Niece's, Jennie L. Lawton
