44-37° All day at Mrs Robins at 8hr. mending bee.

Friday 2

47°-37° Cooked at Mr Dresden's in morning. At Harvard in afternoon. Mrs D & I went to see Olga Nethersole in "Writing on the Wall' at night - Illinois Theatre.

Saturday 3

49°-37° Sewed at Mrs Dresden's & made salad dressing - Stayed for lunch. Miss Phelps took me to Thos. Orchestra concert at night.

Sun. Apr. 4, 1909

46° 37° - Went with the Dresdens & Johnsons & Miss Day to N.W.U. Settlement for supper. Afterwards to West Pk. no. 1. to concert. Home at 11.45 with same party.

Monday 5

74° 42° Office meeting at 372 W. Ohio. Bertha Weyl there for lunch. Home via Mrs Mayes & Miss Stouts. Mrs Young buried at Rose Hill

58° 41° At Mrs Robins left at 1.30. Went to office. Agnes & I inspected Handel & Fraternity halls. Called on Mrs Post about Amendment Constitution.

Thursday 8

52°-34° Went to office thence to Mrs Mayes for things.

Friday 9

35° 28° Went to Dr Rhodes in afternoon for bad throat.

At Harvard. at 6.30 went to City Club to dinner with A.A. L.L. Afterwards to speaking. Farnum, Lorenz, Wright, Andrews & others. Home in company of Meads & Thomases.

Sunday 11

Went to monthly meeting at 275 La Salle at 3.p.m. Dr Andrews spoke. Mr Shiele brought me home.

Monday 12

58° 54° At Mrs Robins. She went to Mrs Weyl's for luncheon I ate with Olive S. at 372 W. Ohio. Mr & Mrs Dresden had dinner with me at the Harvard.

55° 35° Worked on Some Everyday Folks & Dawn at Harvard. Called on Mrs D. in afternoon. She & Mr Dresden had dinner with me.

Wednesday 14

49° 37°. Went to Mrs Robins via [previous word underlined] office. Stayed all day with her & to dinner. Chorus at 8p.m 70 Adams St.

Thursday 15

57° 42° Worked at Harvard. Despatched Some E.D. Folk & Dawn to Blackwood. Went with Mr Ketchum to see his print shop after dinner.
