At Harvard. Sick with cold. Afternoon tea in Mrs Barnes' room. Mrs Wovenden & Miss Stone also there.

51° 35°. Went to town via Printer's, Bank, Mrs Lloyd's office, & Davies Facty. Insp. thence to Mrs Robins. Home at 5.15 via Dr Rhodes. Bad cold. Office meeting at 1.30 p.m

Tues. May 4, 1909

43° 49° Went to Mrs Robins after lunch via printers. Mrs Dresden & Miss H. there. Made buttonholes left over from mending circle. Bad cold.

Wednesday 5

86° 47° Went to printers after lunch. [Hunt?] up Miss Hanks with message from Mrs Robins. Chorus at 8.p.m in Fraternity Halls. Bad cold.

Thursday 6

82°-62° At Harvard. Leaves on Willow somewhat green but not full. Other trees just budding

62° 48° Went to Mrs Thompson's to call on Mrs R. Mrs R. called on me. Went to [Peary?], printer after lunch.

64°.51°. Went to chorus practice at 275 La Salle 5 to 6 p.m.

51° 44° Spring meeting of League 3 p.m. 275 La Salle. League chorus sang "Garden of Flowers"

At Mrs R's but no office meeting home via printers

57° 42° 11a.m. Mrs Thompson's reading class. Luncheoned there with Mrs R. Then walked about park. Leaves yellow like in fall on poplars only tiny

72°.49° Went to Elgin with Mrs R. She spoke & saw watch factory. I was driven about. Home at 12. Stayed at Mrs R's

75° 61° Stayed at Mrs R's till after lunch. Leaves coming more out

74° 57° At Harvard Went to Stenographer's meeting 40 E. Randolph at 6.30 p.m.

Saturday 15

Executive Bd. at 7.30 till 10.30. 275 La Salle. Trees come out with a sudden leaviness but leaves still small.
