70° 41° At Harvard. Very warm in morning. In afternoon rained & turned cold.

45º39º Went to Miss Stout's 10.a.m to Harvard for luncheon.

Tuesday 20

To Springfield over C & Alton. Arrived 4.40 with Mrs R Miss McB & Miss Goodwin. Put up at Illinois Hotel. At Lee's for dinner. Suffrage meeting in State Capitol after.

Wednesday 21

In Springfield. Breakfast at Ill. Hotel . Attended Senate Luncheon at Leland. A. Nestor & E. Maloney spoke on 8hr bill in Senate at 2. R. Robins on Charter at 4.50. to dinner at Leland. Evening at Bode's. Night at Illinois Hotel.

54°-40° In Senate. Went to see Lincoln's home & had luncheon in company of Mrs Stubbs. Home on C. & Alton with Grace Nichols. Agnes Nestor Miss Willard & E. Malony - Arrived at Harvard 8.50 p.m.

Friday 23

47° 34° At Harvard. Went to Stenographer's meeting in Handel Hall. 6.30p.m. Mrs Post spoke on "The Home of the Semicolon".

Saturday 24

Went to office in afternoon

60°- 39° Went to Lloyds for dinner.

Monday 26

53°-38° At Harvard all day - Had the blues.

Tuesday 27

Went to office at 2.45 to meet Miss H. to go to reception at University Club upon invitation of Dr Rhodes. Miss H. had made a mistake - Reception tomorrow. Mr Dresden dined with me.

48°-40° Fearful weather. Snowed in morning. Went to chorus at 8.p.m - a wild night.

Thursday 29

53° 36° Sewing circle at Mrs Robins. Present Mrs D. Mrs Maynard. Miss Gill & Wiederman, [Keenapple?, Bruick?]. Mrs Quinlan.

Friday 30

53°-39° At Mrs Robins till 4.30. Agnes Nestor there too. Leaves yellow like in autumn
