Monday 2nd Nothing of importance to record 10 pupils

Tuesday 3rd Ladies Sub Committee Emily Robinson & Amelia Best gone out, not to be taken in again. 10 pupils

Wednesday 4th Mr. Freland C.M. gave the Inmates an entertainment with his Magic Lantern 11 pupils

Thursday 5th Nothing of importance to record 11 pupils

Friday 6th Ladies General Committee Ellen Appleyard & MA Misson interviewed respecting the time of their probation the Committee recommend that they go before them at the expiration of their twelve & eighteen months respectively. 12 pupils

Sunday 8th Mr. Jordan conducted morng service Revd. Orr afternoon Do The Matron & Officers out to their usual services. Mary Bushe asked admission and was received.

Monday 9th Nothing of importance to record.

Tuesday 7 pupils 10th Ladies Sub Committee Mary Bushe & Jessie Edwards admitted. Kate Coleman and Honora Pilbene gone away Kate Copps spoken to upon the com -pletion of her twelve months.

Monday 16th Louisa Shaw very rude and disobedient the Matron placed her in solitary confinement for a few hours to cool her temper.

Tuesday 9 pupils 17th Ladies Sub Committee Bella Dallison & Mary Hassell admitted Susan Taylor spoken to upon the completion of her twelve months.

Tuesday 24th Queens Birthday. The Inmates worked well until the dinner hour and spent the afternoon & evening in various amusements, enjoying the entertainment provided for them by Mrs. Goodlet and for which they beg to record their sincere thanks.

Wednesday 25th Susan Taylor gone as general servant to Mrs. James Thompson of Rylstone at 7/- per week. Mr. Cooper C.M. conducted eveng [evening] service

Thursday 9 pupils 26th Mr. Alfred Cook conducted eveng [evening] service

Friday 8 pupils 27th Revd. [Reverend] C. F. Garnsey conducted service

Saturday 10 pupils 28th Lydia Davis suffering from an old complaint asked to leave the Institution that she may return to the Prince Alfred Hospital where she had been under the care of Dr. Foreman The Laundress out for the afternoon.

Sunday 29th The Matron & Officers out to their usual services. Emma Price asked admission and was received.

Tuesday upon going away. Ellen Trevey spoken to upon the completion of her twelve months. Emily Hinton begging to be taken in was received.

Wednesday pupils June 1st Emily Hinton went out the morning saying she was not strong enough for work. Mary Halloran returned being much the worse for drink, she was taken in and put to bed.

Thursday 9 pupils 2nd. Ellen Trevey gone as general servant to Mrs. Bean of Castrello Wentworthville at 10/- per week. Mary Halloran insisted upon going away saying she was ashamed to face the women Mr. Fletcher conducted evening service.

Friday 10 pupils 3 Revd. C. F. Garnsey conducted service Ladies General Committee Mary Ann M'Lachlan & Mary Anne M'Grath admitted

Saturday 10 pupils 4th Teacher out for the afternoon
