Cloudy & sultry -- About 12:30 big rain set in for about 1/2 and hour -- rained like the Devil, in regular old cloud burst style -- Everybody out to see it rain -- Streets sheets of water, and gutters all running full -- Sewers well [flashed?] Torrents
