Inventory of Separate
Property of Hannah S. Crockett

Know all men by these
Presents, that I, Hannah
S. Crockett, wife of L. L.
Crockett, of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and
State of Nevada, but at present residing in Carson
City in said State, do hereby certify and declare
the following to be a full and complete Inventory
of my separate property, exclusive of money in
specie, acquired by me by gift from my said husband:

Inventory:

Lots Seven and Eight in Block T in said Town
of Reno, as known and designated on the official
map of said Town together fronting 100 feet on
the west line of West Street, with a depth of
about 40 feet to a 40 feet alley, and bounded
on the North by Second Street; together with all
the tenements, [here?] and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and appertaining:

I further certify that I claim said separate prop-
erty under the provisions of the Act of the Legis-
lature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act de-
fining the rights of Husband and Wife, " approved
March 10, 1873. In Witness Whereof, I have here-
unto set my hand and seal this 18'day of July,
A.D. 1881.
