Presents that I, Columba
A. Fevatti, wife of Angelo
Fevatti, of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada
do hereby certify and declare the following to be
a full and complete Inventory of my separate prop-
erty, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me
by gift from my said husband:

Inventory:

The undivided one part of all those certain
pieces or parcels of land situate in said County
of Washoe and described as follows:

The North half of Lot Two in N.W. 1/4 of Section
of T.18N, R.20E., M.D.B.&M. containing 32 [?]
acres. Also, ten acres of land conveyed by G.
R. Holcomb and wife January 24, 1875, July re-
corded on pages 368-69-70 in said Vol'6 of Deeds:
Also, the undivided one half part of 4 horses,
2 wagons, harness, 2 cows, 6 hogs, 1 mowing
machine, and all other personal and movable
property now upon the several lots of land
above described, and now in my possession.

I further certify that I claim said separate prop-
erty under the provisions of the Act of the Legis-
lature of the State of Nevada, entitled "An Act
defining the rights of Husband and Wife" approved
March 10: 1873. Witness my hand and seal
this 22 day of July, A.D. 1881.
