Inventory:

All that certain Lot, piece or parcel of land
situate in said Town of Reno and described
as follows: Lot Two in Lake's Addition to said
Town of Reno, as known and designated on
the map of said Addition made by D. H. Barker
in 1877 in Block 18; fronting [200?6] feet on the
west line of Virginia Avenue: [229?6] feet on
the south line of Liberty Street, and 245 feet
on the North line of Lot 3 in said Block 18,
together with the dwelling house and its ap-
purtenances thereon, and all the furniture,
bedding, and movable and personal property
in said house.

Also, Lot Seven in Block Nine in Marsh's
Addition to said Town of Reno, as known and
designated on the Official map of said Addition,
fronting 50 feet on the East line of Lauder
Street with a depth of 140 feet to an alley,
and bounded on the North by St. Lawrence Avenue.

I further certify that I claim said separate
property under the provisions of the Act of the
Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An
Act defining the rights of Husband and Wiffe,"
approved March 10', 1873. Witness my hand
and seal this 26' day of October, A.D. 1881.

A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty one,
before me, John B. Williams, County Recorder in and
for said Washoe County, personally appeared Martha
A. Chapin, personally known to me to be the in-
dividual described in and who executed the an-
nexed instrument, who duly acknowledged to me
that she executed the same freely, and voluntarily,
and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.

said County, the day and year in this Certificate
first above written.
