Inventory of Separate
Property of Abigail C. Sessions.

Know all men by these
presents, That I, Abigail
C. Sessions of the Town of
Reno, County of Washoe, State of Nevada do hereby
set forth, publish and declare that the following
described real and personal property herein named
is a true inventory or description of my separate
and individual property, separate and apart
from community property owned by and between
my husband, E. C. Sessions of the aforesaid named
place and myself. Said property I have received
and accept in partial payment for money received
by inheritance since my marriage with the said
E. C. Sessions, and which I have heretofore allowed
to be and remain with and be used as community
property but now, desire and so declare by these
presents, and by and with the full knowledge and
consent of the said E. C. Sessions, that from the
date hereof all the follwoing described real
and personal property, together with all proceeds,
rents, issues or profits of whatever from or character
arising therefrom are my separate and individ-
ual property henceforth, including the entire year
of 1881 and forever thereafter, and any and all
sales or exchanges effected or made thereof to be
for my especial and separate use and benefit
and subject to my control and direction, to wit:
The South one half of the Northeast quarter of
Section No. (8) Eight, Township No. (19) Nineteen
North, of Range No. (20) Twenty East, Mount Diablo
base and meridian, containing (80) eighty acres,
be the same more or less: Also, one hundred
feet from the Western ends of Lots Nos. (8 and 9)
Eight and Nine in Block U: Also, four cows
described as follows, to wit: No. 1, a deep red
cow about 7 or 8 years old, known as "Sarah
[Lochnare?]": No. 2, of like color, about 5 years old,

in the Town of Reno, County and State
aforesaid, the same being (100) one hundred
feet square, lying in the Northwest corner
of aforesaid Block U:
