Inventory of separate
property of Katie Rinehart

Know all men by these Presents,
That I Katie Rinehart wife of
A.W. Rinehart, of the County of
Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare
the following to be a full and complete inventory of
my separate property, exclusive of money in specie,
acquired by me by gift and with my own money:
That I make this Inventory under the provisions of
the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada,
approved March 10th, 1873, entitled "An Act defining
the rights of Husband and Wife:

Inventory:-

30 Turkeys with their increase,
1 Horse, branded S
1 Milch Cow:

That the above described property is now in my
possession and under my care and control on
the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section Eighteen, Township Nineteen North, Range
Twenty East, M.D.B.&M., containing 40 acres of
land, situate in said County and State, and on which
I now reside Witness my hand and seal this
Second day of May, in the year one thousand eight
hundred and eighty one.

one thousand eight hundred and eighty one, before me,
John B. Williams, County Recorder in and for said
Washoe County, personally appeared Katie Rinehart,
wife of A. W. Rinehart, personally known to me to be
the individual described in and who executed the an-
nexed instrument, who duly acknowledged to me that
she executed the same freely and voluntarily, and
for the user and purposes therein mentioned. Witness
my hand and Official Seal at Reno in said County, the
day and year in this Certificate first above written.
