You are hereby notified that I am the assignee of Emeline A. Young in the above entitled action, & I hereby discharge you from the prosecution of said action, so far as that interest is concerned; & notify you that from this time I shall act for that interest in my proper person.

Emeline A. Young Etal plaintiffs vs George Q. Cannon Albert Carrington Brigham Young Ex's etc. and John Taylor etal Defendants

The defendants George Q. Cannon Albert Carrington Brigham Young and John Taylor having delivered to said plaintiffs undertakings with satisfactory sureties to deliver over or pay the value of the property and assets which they are respectively required to deliver to the receivers by the order of this Court made in their action on the 30th day of July 1879. And to make such delivery or payment to the plaintiff and others entitled thereto, if final judgment or decree therefor be rendered in their action, therefore it is hereby stipulated in behalf of said plaintiff that the warrant to carry into effect said order be discharged, and that said plaintiff will not enforce the Execution of said orderDated Aug 2, 1879 Sutherland & McBride Tilford & Hagan Plff attys

In the matter of the Estate of President B. Young deceased

Order appointing appraisers etc.

Letters testamentary having been issued to George Q. Cannon, Brigham Young and Albert Carrington and application being made to the court for the appointment of appraisers to value the property belonging to said Estate in the counties of Washington and Kane in said Territory. It is therefore ordered that [E?] from Daniel D. McArthur and Robert C. Lund three disinterested and competent persons be and they are hereby appointed such appraisers. Salt Lake City November 1st 1878
