The defendants George Q. Cannon Albert Carrington Brigham Young and John Taylor having delivered to said plaintiffs undertakings with satisfactory sureties to deliver over or pay the value of the property and assets which they are respectively required to deliver to the receivers by the order of this Court made in their action on the 30th day of July 1879. Letters testamentary having been issued to George Q. Cannon, Brigham Young and Albert Carrington and application being made to the court for the appointment of appraisers to value the property belonging to said Estate in the counties of Washington and Kane in said Territory. It is therefore ordered that [E?] from Daniel D. McArthur and Robert C. Lund three disinterested and competent persons be and they are hereby appointed such appraisers.
