estate described in said petition as the same is prayed:

It is therefore ordered and decreed that upon the payment by the said petitioner of the costs of this application and of the conveyance the said George Q. Cannon, Brigham Young and Albert Carrington executors of the last will of Brigham Young, deceased, are hereby authorized and required to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the petitioner Zions Cooperative Mercantile Institution a good and sufficient conveyance by deed of all that certain parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah and more particularly described as follows to wit:

Commencing at a point forty (40) feet, four (4) inches South of the Northeast Corner of Lot Six (6) in Block Sixty-nine (69) Plot "A" Salt Lake City Survey running thence South twenty-eight (28) feet; thence West one hundred and thirty-five (135) feet; thence North twenty-eight (28) feet and thence East one hundred and thirty-five feet (135) feet to the point of beginning, containing in all thirty-seven hundred and eight (3,780) square feet as plotted in the plot aforesaid in said Salt Lake City Survey.
