Territory of Utah County of Salt Lake

William C. Dunbar, being duly sworn deposes and says that he is the Business Manager of the Salt Lake Herald Printing and Publishing Company and Publisher of the Salt Lake Daily Herald, a newspaper published in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, that the annexed notice was duly published in said newspaper once each day for eight days, the first publication of the same being on the 18th day of October 1879 and last on the 26th day of October 1879 inclusive,
