Madison, Wis. March 10, '10.

My dear Miss Lapham:-

Your letter and the pictures came to me last night, but I have been not of school, so I know you will pardon my neglect.

The picture of the Falls is hung in the sixth grade room, as they make special study of the geography of our own country. All the children have seen it, and are so pleased.

Letter from Hazel M. Bryant (fifth grade) to Miss Lapham

5th Grade.

1408 E. Dayton St. Madison, Wis. March 4, 1910.

My dear Miss Lapham:-

March 3, we received a picture of Yosemite Falls which I thought was very beautiful. It is going to be in our room which is very nice.

We also have a picture of your father which I hope will not be taken down and replaced by a new one. I think it is nice that Mr. Lapham's picture should hang in our room and especially the one of Yosemite Falls as it is so interesting. We will have a great celebration on his one hundredth birthday. I will now close thanking you very much for the picture.

I remain yours truly,

Hazel M. Bryant.
