Ordered that teh matter of D Horton with referende to Seneca Street grade be & it is hereby referred to McDonald & Rasin. Reports Rec'd From Surveyor submitting Plans & Specifications for the Improvement of Pine Street from Front to the alley Between Front and Second Street under Ordinance No 421, thereupon after due examination the same are approved.
