the New Mexico, I believe. He has already set up a radio for Helen at the ranch. He certainly looks well. His face seems so full etc.

Dick is having target practice off San Clemente Island and Lesley does not know what he's going to do this summer. May come up for a few weeks.

Dear little Mary Helen and Dickie are as sweet as ever. They certainly are lovely little things.

Am enclosing a Buford pamphlet. Should you know anyone who might be interested dont hesitate to show it. The Buford just returned from the South Seas and a month in the movies. Buster Keaton chartered it for a film.

Both Martha and Helen have bobbed their hair. Both look well.

Business is poor at present. Hurry up and get started. Make a million — I need some money. Life Insurance is due.

Feel sure that you both will have a lovely outing at Aunt Anna's. Give her my love. Phillip too.
