Last night Mabel Linderman, Jane Linderman and I went up to the movies. Saw, "Below the Surface." Joc forgot to get me one of your pictures last night. He is going home this morning and will get it then. If he forgets I will be real mad at him. I do want to take it away with me so bad. My how I wish you were going with us, sweetheart. We could have more fun, swimming and everything.

We are pretty busy getting ready to leave. Joc and Martha are going with us in the machine.

never forget that night. The first thing I saw when I woke up was you standing in the doorway with candle grease pouring down your hand. You sweet old thing, just to think of you [in - crossed out] makes me want to kiss and hug you to death.
