Your application to know for what sum this Corporation would assume the perpetual repair of your lot in the Cemetery, no. 177, has received due attention.
I am directed by the Com.ee on Lots to inform you that they will guarantee the perpetual repair of said lot for the sum of four hundred dollars. --

Gentlemen,
The enclosed paper accompanying the report of the Comee was originally intended for the inspection of individual Trustees, or of the Board as might be deemed advisable. Circumstances which transpired at the last meeting rendered it unnecessary to present it. I have neither the time nor inclination to revise it. I see nothing which does not fairly state the question.
I am satisfied that my services are worth to the Corporation at least fifteen hundred dollars

The Secretary reported that the Committee on Lots had contracted for the perpetual care of lot numbered one hundred and seventy-seven (177)^(Isaac H. Spring) for the sum of four hundred dollars. _
Voted that said contract be concurred in.
