Dear Sir,
The application made by you to know for what sum this Corporation would assume the perpetual repair of your lot in the Cemetery, no. 585, has recd due attention.
The character and condition of the same having been reported upon by the Superintendent, and been considered by the Committee on Lots, said Committee have directed me to inform you that they will contract to guarantee such perpetual repair for the sum of five hundred & fifty dollars.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on
There were present the President and Messrs Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Little, Lovejoy, Rand and Sleeper.
The record of the last meeting was read. _
Appropriation for erection of Stone Steps to St Paul Public Lot.
The President read a communication from the Superintendent, asking this Board to appropriate money sufficient to erect a flight of stone steps down the bank as an entrance to the St Paul _ new public lot, and stating that the same can be procured at a cost of three hundred and seventy five dollars.
It was thereupon
Voted that the Superintendent be authorized to proceed with the erection of a flight of stone steps, in accordance with the plan submitted, as an entrance to the St Paul public lot _ the cost of the stone work not to exceed three hundred and seventy five dollars. _
