The following lots are all that have been taken for perpetual repair since June 1868. --

Dear Sir,

I have just rec^d from Mr Chas. R. Messenger of Toledo Ohio, prop^r of lot 3469, the enclosed orders, with his draft to cover the amount -- $65.00 -- paid in advance, & he desires you to proceed to execute the orders forthwith. $50. for new grading & sodding -- $6. for care of lot & plants, & $9. to be "expended in a few suitable flowers, the selection of which I will leave to your Superintendent's taste."

He intends at some day to enclose the lot with curb, but thinks the expenditures here ordered will greatly improve his lot. --

Mr Joel Richards has just called in, & desires me to say

Contracts for Perpet^l Repair of Lot 900

The Secretary reported that the Committee on Lots had contracted with Mr Otis Norcross proprietor of lot numbered nine hundred (900) for the perpetual repair of said lot on payment of four hundred dollars: _

Lot 2239

That said Committee had contracted with Mrs Mary C. Norcross, proprietor of lot numbered twenty two hundred and thirty nine (2239) for the perpetual repair of said lot on payment of five hundred dollars: _

Lot 3678 _

That said Committee had contracted with Mrs Abigail, widow of the late Warren White, proprietor of lot numbered thirty six hundred and seventy Eight (3678) for the perpetual repair of said lot on payment of four hundred and fifty dollars: _

And said contracts were confirmed,

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for lots as follows: _

595 Rhoda Derby of Carlisle, widow of James Derby, dec^d proprietor of lot numbered 595;

760 Joshua W. Davis of Boston, son of Joshua Davis dec^d proprietor of lot numbered 760;

Monthly Statement sales of land accepted, &c.

A statement of the sale of land effected by the Superintendent, November 11^t to date, having been submitted and read, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed on file.

Upon the petition of the partisan interest the following representative was appointed.

4102 Edward M. Raymond of Boston, son of Olvin F. Raymond deceased proprietor of Lot numbers forty-one hundred and two.

Conts. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots N^os 657 900 ¹⁷⁶³ 1350 1898 & 2587 concurred in.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair of the following Lots, viz:

N^o 657, Central Square, late of John Templeton, deceased for the sum of $900.– N^o 900 (monument,) Willow Av., East branch, belonging to the Hon. Otis Norcross, for the sum of $50.– N^o 1350 (Addⁿ to,) belonging to heirs of Abby M. Loring, for the sum of $300. N^o 1898 Elm Av. South branch, late of Peter Hubbell, deceased, for the sum of $1500.– and of N^o 2587, Central Av., late of Isaac Ray deceased for $650.– it was

Voted, – that the above contracts be concurred in.
