Dear Doctor Van. Waters,

I am writing to you in Regards to my daughter, Mildred Farnham_ I am worried about her condition and I would like to know how she is feeling, and how soon will she be transfered to the Sanitorium. Would it help if I went out to Middlesex Hospital_ and have a talk with them there to get her in, her little son misses her a lot. Mildred is a good girl, her only Down fall is Drink, I would apreceiate it very Much, if you would kindly let me know how she feels_
