The treasurer reprted that the Easter offering
ammounted to of 565.67.
The Rector as chairman of the committee
appointed by the vestry to report a plan for the observance of the 150. anniversrary
of the erection of St: John's Church, which
will occur on the 10; day of June, 1891,
made a report, which was approved,
[struck: for the vestry] and the recommendation
therin adopted by the vestry, and is as follows: -
"Your committee to whome was referred
the subject of the proper observance of the
sesqui - centennial of the erection of St:
John's Church, on the 10: of June
next, would respectfully recommend
that on that day (Wednesday) there is
religious services at 11 A.M., followed
by a sermon, which will review
the parochild history of St: John's
Church; and that, at 8p.m.
after brief religious services, there
be an historical paper and all oration
which will more especially dead
with the connection of St: John's Church
history of the Commonwealth
and the Nation.
They would for the recommend
that the congregation be asked to each
in the Church some memorial of this
150th anniversary, to express our gradtitude
to Almighty God for bringing our beloved Church
to this blessed period, under circumstances
of so great mercy.

of the committee.
