the said book was accepted and the Register directed
to acknowledge to W. Jonston the Thanks of the
church for said donation
On motion Capl John F. Mayer, W. R. L. Brownaw
George K Taylor were appointed a committee to
receive bids for persitting not more than 2000 copies
of the address delivered by Bishop Roudolph,
and M. W. W. Henry on the 10 of June 1891 and
the address delivered by the New M. Burton, on the
Sunday following, and that said committe be
authorized to have said addressed printed.
The following resolution was then adopted
Resolved that the finaince committee be
authorized to have said addresses printed.
The following resolution was then adopted
Resolved that the finance committee be authorized
on behalv of the Church to make a not and to get
the source disonnected for an amount not exceeding
two hundred and fifty dollar, in order to pay
dry small claim against thei [their] church.
On motion the meeting adjourned

Brick Chapel, on Tuesday, October 6. 1891.
Presect Rev. L. W. Burton, Recotre presiding, and
Messm, John F. Mayer, R. L. Brown, G.G. Minor, Tho. L. Macow
George L. Carroe. [Beaj]. J. Howard and George K. Taylor.
The meeting was operating open with prayer; the minister of the
last meeting was read and approved
The following preamble and resolutions were unani
mously adopted
Wherin the Rev. Christian R. Kuyk, with whom
an engagement was made as lay reader is Weddell
Memorial Chapel by resolution of date May 12
1891, was on September 20 last ordained Deaon
by Bishop Whittle,
Therefore, be it Resolved, that the said
Rev. Christian R. Kuyk be and he is hereby
elected Assistant Minister of St: John's Church
with salary on specified in the above mentioned
