Be it Remembered that on the 3rd day of December AD 1891 The Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Seattle met pursuant to law in their rooms in the Bailey Block. At Roll Call the following members were present to wit: W E Bailey W E Burgess A. Barker C. N. Evans Danl Jones being absent W E Burgess acted as Chariman Pro Tem.

The following prodeedings are had. On motion of Bailey the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.

A communication was read from James Taylor Supt regarding a certain bill of Z. C. Miles Co. against the Park Board: After a statement of the case by Supt Taylor & Mr Gordon representing the firm of Z C Miles Co a motion was made to divide the amount in dispute $32.30 by deducting the sum of $16.15 from the bill. Motion carried and the amount deducted.

The bill of Miss Kelly fro $10.00 for work preformed as per agreement was approved & ordered paid.

The bill of E. E. Romell for bulbs furnished (2200) for $125.00 was approved.

The report of Supt Taylor for the month of November of work done on Kinnear Park was read & ordered filed.

Monthly bills to the amount of $816.58 were allowed & approved & orderd paid.

The montly pay roll as submitted by the Supt amt'g to $1313.45 was approved.

The Clerk was instruted to notify all property owners on John St facing the Denny Park to meet the Board at their next meeting in January 1892 with a view of making arrangements for the improvement of said park.

The Supt was ordered to proceed with work on the Denny Park.

On motion a recess was taken to discuss the yearly report of the Park Commission as submitted by Com Burgess: Carried.

After recess the Board reassembeled. On motion the report was adopted and ordered transmitted to the Mayor & City Council. Motion Carried.

On motion the Board adjourned.
