1st Meeting, Oct. 1, Saturday.
The meeting came to order at 7:30. President C.C. Wu presiding.
The president representing the club extended welcome to the new members. The new members are were requested to introduce themselves.
Election of new officers for the present quarter followed. The elected are :-

The chairman brought up the question of the celebration of the National Anniversary. Mr. I. Huang moved that a committee of three be elected to plandraw up [a?] program for the celebration. Motion passed.
Mr. [Tuan?] moved that the chairman, the English secretary, and the treasurer will constitute the committee. Motion passed.
Mr. Leong moved that the committee be invested given full power to execute the program it draws up. Motion passed.
The chairman read the letters from the Pacific Trade & Travel Exposition and sub submitted the matter to the [consider?]ation of the meeting.
I. Huang moved that members arebe [encouraged?] to attend the Exposition individually. - Motion passed.
Mr. [E.S.?] Fong moved suggested that the matter of pageantry should be more carefully co studied and that the president should inquire of whether

any of the members would like to go and give some speeches.
饍[團?]善後案员会 tendered their resignation. Mr. Wu (吳聰) moved that the original members committee continue to serve on the committee for the present quarter. - Motion passed.
Mr Tsung Wu (the temporary Eating Club manager) brought up several suggestions for the improvement of the Eating Club. It was moved that members be allowed to eat here for [only one?] meal, on condition that an additional charge be imposed upon them. Motion passed.
It was moved & passed that
those who take their breakfast in the club should make a deposit of 3.50 at the beginning of the month.
Mr. [Chung?] Wu petitioned to be allowed to defer the payment of his deposit for Oct. The petition was granted by the meeting.

Meeting came to order at 7:30
The secretary read the minutes for the last meeting. Accepted.
Treasurer made a brief report.
Chair was C. C. Wu outlined the program of the evening.
Mr. Tsung was hopeful [illegible] a program for clear up the debts of the [illegible] club. Records kept expaite.

The meeting came to order at 7:30, Mr. C.C. Wu presiding.
The secretary read the minutes for the last meeting. Acceted.
Treasure Mr. Yeung made a brief report.
Chairman Mr. C.C. Wu outlined the business program for the evening.
Mr. Wu Tsung brought up a program for clearing up the debts of the Eating Club. Records kept separate.
Mr. Wu moved that the committee - 飯[團?]善後案员会 - shall continue to function until the Eating Club pays all its debts. Motion passed.
It was moved that Mr. I. Huang's election to the be formally recognized as the manager of the Eating Club. Mr. Huang had been elected, upon the resignation of Mr. W.P. Hsieh, in a special meeting. Passed.

Next was brought up the question of entertaining the M.C. students on the day of the Big Game.
