Tuesday 15th Ladies Sub Committee Louisa Wonnicott very rude to the Ladies refused to remain in this Institution and refused to work, the Ladies recommended that her Mother be sent for. Miss Williams who is far from well suffering from Influenza promised to go to her Mother at once, one of her Sisters sent by the Mother took Louisa home. Mary Pickett gone as general servant to Mrs Laycock on a station beyond Cootamundra at 8/ per week. Miss Williams had no journal to be read as she had been sick during the last week, the Matron's Requisition book was signed. 12 pupils

Wednesday 16th Mrs Cottee visited and requested the Matron to inform Mrs Goodlet she would not be able to attend the Institution regularly as she is away too far from Sydney and will not be settled at home for the next twelve months. 12 pupils

Thursday 17th Ethel Conway left this Institution for Service with Mrs Purchase of Passamatta at 5/- per week. Mrs Brown sent a message to the Matron saying she is anxious to take Louisa Engles into her Service again. The Teacher gone for a holiday.

Friday 18th Revd G Trowes conducted Service

Saturday 19th Nothing of importance to record

Sunday 20th Mr Wilson conducted morng Service Sister Bibby afternoon Do Sub Matron out to her usual Service

Monday 21st Edith Bryant or Edith Simmons as now called and Celia Morin asked admission and were recieved waiting the Committee.

Tuesday 22nd Only Mrs Vernon present for Committee. Sarah Trough insisted upon leaving the Institution saying she could not content herself among so many young children. Edith Simmons & Celia Morin spoken to their cases to be considered at the next Committee. The Matrons Requisition book was signed.

Wednesday 23rd Nothing of importance to record pupils

Thursday 24th Mr Rowsell conduted eveng service

Friday 25 Revd G Trowes conducted Service

Saturday 26th Laundress out for the afternoon

Sunday 27th Mr Hartley conduccted morng service Mr Smithers afternoon Do Sub Matron out to afternoon Do

Monday 28th Lizzie Dean asked admission and was received waiting the decision of the Committee.

Tuesday 29th The Teacher returned this morng to her duties. Ladies Sub Committee Edith Simmons Lizzie Dean and Mary Goff admitted. Celia Moran not caring to remain twelve months in the Institution was allowed to leave the Home. Lizzie Scott sent from the Benevolent Asylum was spoken to but as she wished to attend to some business outside was allowed she go out and return tomorrow. Matron Requisition book signed. 12 pupils

Wednesday 30th Lizzie Scott returned just at the appointed hour and was received. 12 pupils

Thursday 31st Nothing of importance to record 12 pupils

Friday April 1st 12 pupils Ladies General Committee Matron's Journal read no other business. Mr Stephens Dentist visited and extracted teeth for six of the Inmates 12 pupils

Saturday April 2nd Matron & Teacher out for the afternoon A young girl brought from the Benevolent Asylum asking that she may be received until Tuesday was taken in.

Sunday 3rd Mr Bushby conducted morng service Sister Bibby afternoon Do Mr Fletcher evening do Matron & Officers out to their usual Services

Monday 4th A young woman intoxicated was brought to the gate by some kind people asking that she may be taken care of for the night was received. 12 pupils

Tuesday 5th The young woman left early this morning saying she was from Mr Ardile home he would not take her in last night because she was not sober. Ladies Sub Committee - Mrs Brown was interviewd respecting her desire to take Louisa Engles as servant the Committee gave their consent to her going on Saturday next. Another woman interviewed Miss Williams asking the address she gave, and will attend to the case. Miss Williams Journal read the Matrons Requisition book signed Lizzie Scott admitted for a time - until she has to go to the Lying in Hospital. 12 pupils

Thursday 7th Mr Wilkinson conducted eveng service 12 pupils

Friday 8th Good Friday. Revd Trowes conducted service 12 pupils

Saturday 9th Louisa Engles taken by Mrs Brown for Service she engages to give her four shillings a week for the first month and if she considers her Services deserve more will give her five in the future Sub Matron & Laundress out for the afternoon

Sunday 10th Mr Rowsell conducted morng service Mr Dobbie evening Do Matron & Officers out to their usual services

Monday 11th Easter Monday the Inmates worked until the dinner hour and spent the remainder of the day in various amusements enjoying a substantial tea with cake and Fruit. Laundress out for the day.

Tuesday 12th Ladies Sub Committee. Mrs Goodlet signed the quarterly accounts Matrons Requisition book and Missionary's Report. 12 pupils

Wednesday 13th Mary Ann Mitchell asked admission and was received waiting the decision of the Ladies Committee. 12 pupils

Thursday 14th Nothing of importance to record 12 pupils
