In the BOARD of the TRUSTEES, of the UNIVERSITY, January 2d, 1792.

RESOLVED, That the TRUSTEES of the UNIVERSITY meet at Hillſborough, on the firſt day of Auguſt next, unleſs that day ſhould happen on a Sunday ; in which caſe, on the following day ; in order to agree on the place, at which the UNIVERSITY ſhall be fixed—and that due notice be given by the Secretary agreeable to law.
