Inventory of Separate Property of Martha A. Chapin.

Know all men by these Presents that I Martha A. Chapin of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, wife of R. P. Chapin, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift and otherwise, with the

Inventory:

All that certain Lot, piece or parcel of land situate in said Town of Reno and described as follows: Lot Two in Lake's Addition to said Town of Reno, as known and designated on the map of said Addition made by D. H. Barker in 1877 in Block 18; fronting [200?6] feet on the west line of Virginia Avenue: [229?6] feet on the south line of Liberty Street, and 245 feet on the North line of Lot 3 in said Block 18, together with the dwelling house and its appurtenances thereon, and all the furniture, bedding, and movable and personal property in said house.

Also, Lot Seven in Block Nine in Marsh's Addition to said Town of Reno, as known and designated on the Official map of said Addition, fronting 50 feet on the East line of Lauder Street with a depth of 140 feet to an alley, and bounded on the North by St. Lawrence Avenue.

I further certify that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wiffe," approved March 10', 1873. Witness my hand and seal this 26' day of October, A.D. 1881.

Inventory of Separate Property of Abigail C. Sessions.

Know all men by these presents, That I, Abigail C. Sessions of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe, State of Nevada do hereby set forth, publish and declare that the following described real and personal property herein named is a true inventory or description of my separate and individual property, separate and apart from community property owned by and between my husband, E. C. Sessions of the aforesaid named place and myself. Said property I have received and accept in partial payment for money received by inheritance since my marriage with the said E. C. Sessions, and which I have heretofore allowed to be and remain with and be used as community property but now, desire and so declare by these presents, and by and with the full knowledge and consent of the said E. C. Sessions, that from the date hereof all the follwoing described real and personal property, together with all proceeds, rents, issues or profits of whatever from or character arising therefrom are my separate and individual property henceforth, including the entire year of 1881 and forever thereafter, and any and all sales or exchanges effected or made thereof to be for my especial and separate use and benefit and subject to my control and direction, to wit: The South one half of the Northeast quarter of Section No. (8) Eight, Township No. (19) Nineteen North, of Range No. (20) Twenty East, Mount Diablo base and meridian, containing (80) eighty acres, be the same more or less: Also, one hundred feet from the Western ends of Lots Nos. (8 and 9) Eight and Nine in Block U: Also, four cows described as follows, to wit: No. 1, a deep red cow about 7 or 8 years old, known as "Sarah [Lochnare?]": No. 2, of like color, about 5 years old,

Also, four young mares, to wit: No. 1, a large boy, 5 years old (not named): No. 2, a sorrel, 3 years old, called "May": No. 3, a large bay filly, 3 years old, called "Moll": No. 4, an iron gray, 2 years old and a half breed, Norman stock, called "Bess": Also, a two year old horse cold, gray color, Norman stock as above, and called Barnum.
