Inventory:--

One Roan Saddle Horse, One Saddle and bridle; Beds, bedding, household and Kitchen furniture, and all other movable and personal property now on the premises on which I reside with my famiy situate in Block 18 in Lake's Addition to said Town of Reno.

I further certify and declare that I claim said separate property and make this inventory under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife" approved March 10', 1873. Witness my hand and seal this First day of December, A.D. 1881.

to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift and otherwise:

Inventory:

The North one hundred and forty feet of Lots Thirteen and Fourteen in Block Three in the Western Addition to said Town of Reno, as known and designated on the Official Map of said Addition, fronting 140 feet on the east line of Ralston Street, with a depth of 200 feet to west line of Block 12 in said Block 3, and bounded on the North by Fourth Street:

All the beds, bedding, furniture, organ, piano, two sewing machines, and all other movable property in the house situate on the land above described.

The dwelling house and its appurtanances situate on the land above described.

I further certify that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife," approved March 10', 1873. Witness my hand and seal this 24' day of December, A.D. 1881.

Inventory of Separate Property of Sarah Lizzie Greiner

Know all men by these Presents; that I Lizzie Greiner Wife of Jacob Greiner, of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full true and complete inventory of My Separate property, exclusive of Money in Specie, acquired by Me by gift and otherwise.

Inventory

The West half of the Northwest quarter of Section Twelve in Township Seventeen North [Rang?] Nineteen East M.DM. containing 80 acres of land patented by the United States to Jacob Greiner Dec 30th 1881. together with all the tenements and appurtenances therein

Two horses, harness, wagon. 2-- cows, 18 hogs, all Ranching tools and implements and all other moveable and personal property now on Said land. and all Water and Water rights used for Irrigation.

I further certify that I claim Said Separate property under the provisions of the acto of the Legislature of the state of Nevada entitled "an act defining the rights of Husband and Wife". Approved March 10th one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy three. Witness my hand and Seal this 14th day of April AD 1882,

Inventory of Separate Property of Alice E. Hoy.

Know all men by these Presents that I, Alice E. Hoy, wife of Robert T. Hoy, of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift and otherwise:

Inventory:

The South half of Lot Thirteen in Block V in said Town of Reno, as known and designated on the official map of said Town, fronting 25 feet on the west line of Virginia Street, with a depth of 140 feet to an alley, together with the tenements and appurtenances thereon and thereto belonging:

The South thirty three and one third feet of Lot One in Block R in said Town of Reno, as shown on the official map thereof fronting 33 1/3 feet on the East line of Lake Street, with a depth of 140 feet to an alley, and bounded on the South with Second Street, together with the tenements and appurtenances thereon, and all furniture, bedding, sewing machine, and all other movable and personal property in and upon said premises.

I further certify that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act approved March 10 [?] 1873, Statutes of Nevada, entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife". In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Nineteenth day of May, 1882.

Know all men by these Presents, That the following is a full, true and complete supplemental inventory of all separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me, Elizabeth V. Borden, wife of R. V. Borden, of the Town of Reno in said County and State, since my original inventory made August 21 [?], 1880, and duly recorded August 23 [?], 1880 on pages 27 and 28 in Book A of Inventories, Records of said County. And I do further certify and declare that the property named in this supplemental inventory was purchased by me with the issues of my separate property named in my original inventory.

Supplemental Inventory.

One two inch axle BainLumber wagon.

One yoke of oxen, know as the Saltier cattle, branded S on the right hip.

One yoke of oxen;-- one white, called Dave, and one roan called Blue.
