In the matter of the estate of Brigham Young Deceased. Order

George Q. Cannon Brigham Young & Albert Carrington the trustees of the estate of Brigham Young, deceased, having this day rendered and presented for settlement, and filed in this Court their account of administration of the estate of said deceased from November 1st 1879 to Sept. 1st 1886. It is ordered that the 22nd of July A.D. 1887, at 11 o'clock a.m., at the court room of said Court in the County Court House of said County be, and the same is, hereby appointed the time and place for the settlement of said account, and that the Clerk give notice thereof by causing notices to be posted in three public places in this City and County, at least ten days before said day of settlement, according to law.

Each being duly sworn says I am the trustee of the estate of Brigham Young, deceased. The foregoing account, being filed as and for my account of my administration of said estate is in all respects just and true and according to the best of my knowledge, information and belief, contains a full, true and particular account of said estate from September 30, 1885, to September 1st, 1886 and of all sums of money belonging to the said estate which have come into my hands as such trustee, or which have been received by any other person, by my order or authority for my use; and I do not know of any error or omission in said account to the prejudice of any person interested in the said estate. Notice is hereby given that Geo. Q. Cannon Brigham Young and Albert Carrington trustees of the estate of Brigham Young, deceased, have rendered for settlement, and filed in said Court, their three accounts of their administration of said estate from November 1st 1879 to September 1st 1886 and that the 22nd day of July A.D. 1887, at 11 o'clock A.M., at the Court Room of said Court, at the Court House in Salt Lake City and County, Territory of Utah, has been duly appointed by said Court for the settlement of said accounts at which time and place any person interested in said estate may appear and show cause, if any there be, why said accounts should not be settled and approved.
