I, John C. Cutler being first duly sworn, depose and say that I am a citizen of the United States, over twenty-one years of age, and hereby certify that I have posted three full, true and correct copies of the within notice in Salt Lake County, one being posted on the main door of the County Court House, one on the corner of South and East Temple Streets, and one on the Flag Pole at City Hall all in Salt Lake City and County, Utah Territory, this 28th day of April A.D. 1888 John C. IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF Brigham Young DECEASED. order

B. Young and G.Q. Cannon, the executors of the estate of Brigham Young, deceased, having rendered and presented for settlement, and filed in this Court their annual account of administration of the estate of said deceased: It is ordered that the 11th day of May A.D. 1888, at 11 o'clock a.m., at the court room of said Court in the County Court House of said County be, and the same is, hereby appointed the time and place for the settlement of the said account, and that the Clerk give notice thereof by causing notices to be posted in three public places in this City and County, at least ten days before said day of settlement, according to law.

In the Probate Court in and for Salt Lake County Utah Territory. In the matter of the estate of Brigham Young deceased

George Q. Cannon, Brigham Young and Albert Carrington Trustees for the estate of Brigham Young deceased having on the twenty-seventh day of April A.D. 1888 rendered and presented for settlement, and filed in this Court, their account of their management of the estate of said deceased from the 1st day of September A.D. 1886 up to the 31st day of December A.D. 1887 and afterwards to with on the [11th?] day of May A.D. 1888 the said matter coming on regularly to be heard, and due proof having been made to the satisfaction of this Court that notice of the time and place of the settlement of said account had been duly given by the Clerk as required by law, and the former order of this Court, and no exceptions in writing, or otherwise to said account having been made or filed. Now on this, the day last aforesaid being a day of a regular term of this Court, It duly appearing to this Court, that said account shows the balance on hand at the date of the commencement thereof to wit September 1st 1886. The amount received belonging to said Estate and the source from which it was received. The amount disbursed and to whom paid

and have filed all proper and necessary vouchers for said payment and also shows the amount on hand on the 31st day of December 1887 and that said account is entitled to be allowed and approved now on motion of the attorney for said trutees.

It is ordered and decreed that the said account be, and the same hereby is, in all respects as the same was rendered and presented for settlement, approved allowed and settled.
