Cutler Probate Clerk Salt Lake Co. being first duly sworn on Oath say that I have this July 11th 1887 posted three full and true correct copies of the written notice in the matter of the Estate of Brigham Young deceased, One of said copies being posted on the Main door of the County Court House, one on the door of the Deseret News Office East Temple Street and one on the flag pole opposite the main door of the City Hall all in Salt Lake City and County Utah Territory Dated Salt Lake City July 11/87 John C. Cutler

In the Probate Court in and for Salt Lake County Utah Territory In the matter of the Estate of Brigham Young deceased

George Q. Cannon, Brigham Young and Albert Carrington the Trustees of the estate of Brigham Young deceased having on the 9th day of July A D 1887 rendered and presented for settlement, and filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court accounts as follows from the 1st day of November A D 1879, to May 31, 1882, from the 1st day of June A D 1882 to the 30th day of September A D 1885 and from the 30th day of September A D 1885 up to and including the 1st day of September A D 1886 of the receipts and disbursements of the property of the estate of said Brigham Young deceased - and afterwards to wit on the 22nd day of July A D 1887 said matters coming on regularly to be heard - and due proof having been made to the satisfaction of this Court, that notice of the time and place of the settlement of said accounts had been duly given by the Clerk as required by law, and the order of this Court; and no exceptions or objections in writing or otherwise to said account having been made or filed Now on this the day last aforesaid, being a day of a regular term of this Court it duly appearing to this court, that said accounts contain a full true and complete

account of all moneys received and disbursed by them as Trustees of said Estate of Brigham Young deceased during the periods embraced in said accounts and that all proper and necessary vouchers for the sums disbursed were produced and filed herein And that said accounts are entitled to be allowed and approved now on motion of said Trustees Attorney. It is ordered and decreed that the said accounts be and the same are hereby in all respects as the same were rendered and presented for settlement, approved allowed and settled.

IN THE PROBATE COURT IN AND FOR SALT LAKE COUNTY, TERRITORY OF UTAH.

In the Matter of the Estate of Brigham Young Deceased. NOTICE.

Notice is hereby given that B. Young and G. Q. Cannon Executors of the estate of Brigham Young deceased, have rendered for settlement, and filed in said Court, their annual account of their administration of said estate and that the 11th day of May A.D. 1888, at 11 o'clock A.M., at the Court Room of said Court, in the County Court House, Salt Lake City and County, Utah Territory, has been duly appointed by the judge of said Court for the settlement of said account at which time and place any person interested in said estate may appear and show cause, if any there be, why said account should not be settled and approved
