Notice is hereby given that G. Q. Cannon B. Young and A. Carrington trustees of the estate of Brigham Young deceased, have rendered for settlement, and filed in said Court, their account of this administration of said estate from Jany. 1st 1888 to December 31st 1888 and that Saturday the 11th day of May A.D. 1889, at 10 o'clock A.M., at the court room of said Court, in the County Court House, Salt Lake City and County, Utah Territory, has been duly appointed by the Judge of said Court for the settlement of said account at which time and place any person interested in said estate may appear and show cause, if any there be, why said account should not be settled and approved

I, John C. Cutler, being first duly sworn, depose and say that I am a citizen of the United States, over twenty-one years of age, and hereby certify that I have posted three full, true and correct copies of the within notice in Salt Lake County, one being posted on the main door of the County Court House, one on the corner of Second South and West Temple Streets, one on the corner of Second South and East Temple Streets, all in Salt Lake City and County, Utah Territory, this 29th day of April A.D. 1889

In the Matter of the Estate of Brigham Young Deceased. Order.

Geo. Q. Cannon B. Young and A. Carrington, the trustees of the estate of Brigham Young, deceased, having rendered and presented for settlement, and filed in this Court their account of administration of the estate of said deceased: from Jany. 1/1888 to Dec. 31st 1888 It is ordered that the 11th of May A.D. 1889, at 10 o'clock a.m., at the court room of said Court in the County Court House of said County be, and the same is, hereby appointed the time and place for the settlement of the said account, and that the Clerk give notice thereof by causing notices to be posted in three public places in this City and County at least ten days before said day of settlement, according to law.

Cannon a suitable person over the age of 14 years at his usual place of abode and on Brigham Young by delivering to and leaving with his daughter Hattie Young [?] a suitable person over the age of 14 years at his usual place of abode a true and certified copy thereof, on the 7th day of May A.D. 1895 at said county Dated May 8th 1895.
