The people of the Territory of Utah, to Geo. Q. Cannon and Brigham Young executors of last will & testament of Brigham Young deceased. Greeting: By order of this Court, you are hereby cited and required to appear before Hon. J. C. McNally, Judge of this Court, at the court room thereof, at the County Court House, Salt Lake City, County and Territory aforesaid, on Friday, the 14th day of June A. D. 1895, at 10 A.M. of that day, then and there to show cause, if any there be, why said estate should not be closed, and the executors discharged.
