Salman more pleynly it doth apper[e]. wich feffes were solempnly sworon to fuffylle and obserue in asmoch as in theym shuld be the seid wyll in eu[er]y poynt. And for asmoch as among othir thyng[es] it is conteyned in the seid will. that as son as the seid feffes beyng of the noumbr[e] of xxiiij died to the noumbr[e] of [1] xiiij. that tha[n] xij. of the same xiiij. tha[n] leuyng shuld reles to .ij. of their seid cofeffes tha[n] leuy[n]g all their ryght and title of and in the same lond[es] to haue to theym and their heires to the p[er]formaumce of the same will. which so beyng in playn possession shuld make a new feffement to the seid .xij. byfore infeffed. and to othir xij. /or moo\ of the most substancyall p[er]sones of the seid Town by thalderman /\ and Burges of the seid /feffes\ Town to be named.
