JOURNAL OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE Jan 16/85 Snyder to said Chairman ship of the Comtee on Public Buildings Property & Grounds Ordered that the Chairman of the Finance Comtee be & is hereby instructed to ask for tenders in Chicago & San Francisco to furnish hose carts, hose etc. The Comtee on Sewers report that there is a sewer in Columbia Street and reject the petition of James M Colman. Adopted The Street Comtee submit an ordinance for the laying of track for Street Railway, said ordinance being a franchise favor of N R Grinelle et al. Ordinance made a specila order for next regular meeitng. The Judiciary Comtee return the petitionof Mary Costello for correcting assessment with action.
