To the Hon Mayor & City Council
Your Petitioner would most respectfully represent to your Honorable body that she is the owner of W 1/4 of Lot 6 block 15 Jennings South Addition to Ft. Worth. And that said lot has been assessed for the year 1902 at a valuation of $900. While for the year 1901 it was Assessed, at $500. Which your petitioner thinks is a just and proper assessment. And your petitioner ask that you reduce the 1902 Assessment to $500. the Same as it was in 1901. For which your petitioner will ever pray
Most Respectfully Kate Dougherty
