To the Honorable, the City Council of Ft Worth.
Your petitioner J.J. Parker with respect shows that he is the owner of a part of Block 5 of the Feild-Welch addition, and that said property owned by him has no sewer connection. He therefore petitions your honorable body to authorize the extension of [Police?] Rea sewer 4 + 65 a distance of 90 feet south so as to touch his property. This will run sewer through Block 5 FeildWelch addition. Petitioner is willing to pay for said extension, but desires credit for said expenditure on water rates.
Respectfully submitted,
J.J. Parker
