Hon, G.W.Mulkey Police Commissioner, and Mr, J.H.Maddox Chief Police, city of Ft, Worth, Texas.
We the undersigned Merchants and Business men of this city do heartily Co-operate in Requesting that Mr,C.B.McClaskey, who is making hourely trips to our places of business to trye doors and prevent Burgleries, be granted a Commission, to work without Pay from the City, (to be payed by Lecher's Detective and Night Watch Service Co.)

To the Honorable Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the City of Ft. Worth, Texas:
Gentlemen, I wish to submit to your Honorable Body a Bid for all or a part of the scavenger work of the City of Ft. Worth.
Ist, I as a party of the first part agree to do the work in first class order and in a sanitary way as perscribed by law.
2nd, I will give a good and sufficient bond to fulfill my contract and will furnish all disinfectants.
3rd, I will gather up all dead dogs, cats and chickens free of cost to the City.
4th, I will give the City of Ft. Wlrth 5 and 3/4 per cent of all fees for cleaning out dry closets.
5th, Or I will give City 5 and 7/8 per cent of all fees collected for all of the scavenger work of the City of Ft. Worth.
6th, Or I will give the City 5 and 1/4 per cent of all the fees I collect for 1/2 of the City of Ft. Worth.
7th, And the City of Ft. Worth as party of the second part does agree to furnish me with free use of the City dumping grounds, and protect me from all other parties engaged in the same kind of work.
