Aproposed plan for Carrying the foregoing Into Execution a Vast Deal would Depend on the Manner in which this is first Mad publick. In ordir to gain the first Impression on the Minds of the people & to have the first numbers of the Magazen well filled a Sefitiant number of the best Republican printer Should be Ingaged in the bisness to print & Circulate the Key In Each State together with their proposals to furnish the magazen & to Incorage them in the undertaking a Coppa Right of it aught to be Secured to them, a few Cents a peace on them would amount to a Large Sume. Hambletons Fillipick against Addams was thus secured. & though the printing of it Did not Cost Eight Cents apeace they Generally Sold for halfe a Doller & Eyther the printer or the Author Made a Large Speik by it. If it Should be thought best to adopt that Meathod now to Incorage printers, the Author would for a Moderate Consideration put his name to it & Convey a Coppa Right to as Many on the Continant as is thought nesecary. But it is nesecary that Some Influential Carrictors or body of Men Should Moe In this bisness & the Republican Members of Masach -usets Lejeslature with other Republicans in & about Boston Did unite to Inlighten the peopel at the Last Spring Election which they Did in a Grate Measure though unsuccesfull in that Election, they Renewed their Exartions again Last Summer on the General tickit afare & obtained a Compleet Victory & it is atways Called pollacy & Consistant with humanity to follow up a Victory Sofar as to put it out of the power of the Enemy to Rally again. If that honourable Body would take this Matter up at their next Sessions (which will provably be Lengthy) & git it published according to their best wisdom & Influence their Can be Little Dout but that the Society would be Soone formed & they would Do their bisness once for all. & the Tory Cabal Might bid a Long farewell as to Ever having any undue Influence in Elections again
