dry gelatin; set aside. In large mixer bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 min. at med. speed, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Pour batter evenly over marshmellows in prepared pan. Spoon strawberry mixture evenly over batter. Bake at 350` for 45 - 50 min - until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cool with ice cream or whipped cream.

Congo Bars
1 lb. brown sugar 1 1/2 sticks of butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 1/4 " baking powder 2 3/4 cup flour 4 eggs 1 cup chopped nuts 1 pkg. chocolate chips (1 lb. bag)
Grease cookie sheet. Bake in 350` about 20 min. Test with toothpick in middle of bars. Cut while hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Store in closed container.

Pour part of mixture into tube pan then part of sugar mixture till both are used. Take out of oven & dribble a mixture of Powdered sugar & milk & vanilla on hot kuchen. Let cool
