Dear Sir

Your favor of just rec'd. I enclose a plan, showing dimensions of lot and distance from path, also the levels of lot & path. The size of thelot is 14'x15', and you can place a curb not exceeding 1 foot in thickness outside of these dimensions, if it is less than 1 foot in thickness it must be placed its thickness outside of these dimensions.

The distance from inside of lot curb to outside of any curb or plots in path is 5'-6". The path is 3'6" below grade of rear of lot, and 2 ft below front of lot.

After the lot is curbed the grade of land outside the curb will remain as now, the lot itself being raised according to height of your curb.

When you pattern is selected, should be glad to arrange to set it for you, & will give you good work at a reasonable price

Yours truly J. W. Lovering, Supt.

Dear Sir

The cost of building the foundation for the Mont 6' - 5in x 5' - 2 in 10 ft deep as necessary in lot 3819 will be from $60.00 to $65.00

The lot is 20 ft wide and deducting the width of Mont, there will be left 6 ft 1/2 in on each side of foundation or 2 ft 3in for each interment which will probably be sufficient, if no room be wasted.

This is rather closer figuring than is absolutely safe and of course would not allow of brick catacombs being built

Very Respectfully Jas.W. Lovering Supt per Childs

Dear Sir

Your favor of yesterday is received

The trees whose shade was hurtfull to the grass in your lot #2874 have been removed with such others, in the vicinity, as was deemed proper

I see no reason, if proper care be excerised why the appearance of the lot should not improve in the future

Very Respectfully Jas W. Lovering Supt per Childs

Dear Sir

The fence about lot #504 was removed immediately after the time the order was given.

The old iron brought in excess of the cost of removing $3.98 which I will apply to the care of the lot, as far as it will go, this next summer or make such other disposition of it as may be proper -

Very Respectfully JW Lovering Supt per Child
