over here and only hope the time for my return will be soon. I sure will be a happy guy when I can march up Market St. once more.

I am always thinking and wondering where you may be and what you are doing. I am always longing to go to a dance or show and often think of those days gone by. Gee I don't think I will know how to act when I get back and you will have to teach me how to act.

Well darling every day I look forward hoping to receive a letter or letters from you. So dear don't forget and write me some nice long letters. Oh You Dear. I can speak about six words in French. What do you think about that? When I want to buy anything I have more fun trying to make the people understand what I want.

address and always forget to ask you for it in my letters.

I received a couple of packages from home and I know there are some more on the way, but the mail is slow in coming in. I wish they would hurry the parcel along. When ever anyone receives a package we have a small gathering and have a real little banquet. We have very nice sleeping quaters and also a piano and we have music every evening. The boys play all the old songs and they make me feel sad and home sick. Very often you have laugh at the bunch when they start a jazz band. They hammer on the cups and mess kits. Some music believe me. Well darling I have no more news to write about but I want you to tell
