At the regular monthly meeting of the Trustees holden Present Messrs Bigelow, Curtis, Tisdale, Kuhn and Parker.
Admission to Cemetery on Sundays - by Trustees
Voted. That any person may be admitted into the Cemetery on Sundays with a special permit from a Trustee.

Record of the last meeting was read and approved.
Maple Avenue changed in line of
Messrs Curtis Tisdale and Parker, were appointed a Committee to view and report on any change required to be made in Maple Avenue.

B.F. Wyeth elected Gatekeeper.
Various applications for the office of gate keeper at the Cemetery were considered, and subsequently the Trustees on motion of Mr Parker proceeded to ballot for a gate keeper. Six ballots were thrown all of which were for B. F. Wyeth of Cambridge
The Secretary was ordered to notify Mr Wyeth of his election.
Messrs Read Tisdale and Parker were appointed a Committee to confer with Mr Wyeth and fix his duties.
Maple Avenue. change in line of.
The Committee on Maple Avenue reported orally and it was Voted. That Maple Avenue be extended, in a line parallel with the Eastern fence, and distant about nine feet therefrom along

the whole length of that fence, or so far as the Committee on this subject think proper, and where the present avenue varies from that line, that it be discontinued, and that said Maple Avenue, from the two points of junction with Lime being so discontinued, a new path be substituted for the curve between those points; and that the plan be altered accordingly.
Letters from Francis Welch and Joseph Ballard were read, which gave the assent of those gentlemen as proprietors of lots on Lime and Maple Avenues to the above alteration
New Book and Catalogue of the Cemetery.
Voted. That the President, the Secretary and Mr Wadsworth, the Surveyor, be a Committee to prepare and print a new Book of the Cemetery, with a plan and Catalogue.

At the regular monthly meeting, , there were present Messrs Bigelow Curtis, Crockett, Kuhn Parker, Tisdale Read and Bond the Treasurer, also Gould.
The president made a report on the original plan of introducing statuary into the Cemetery, thereupon
Statuary for Chapel.
Voted. That a Committee of three of when the president shall be the chairman be appointed to consider the report on statuary made this day, and report at a future meeting of the Trustees upon the general subject of introducing statuary into the Cemetery at the expense of the Corporation.
Isaac Parker records his dissenting vote.
Mr Parker requested that his vote dissenting from the foregoing vote of the majority should be entered in

In reply to your letter of would say, the Corporation is prepared to set the curb you spoke of, on lot #579 Maple Av. The enclosed sketch gives the difference in hight [sic] of the corners of the lot also the hight [sic] of the middle of front of lot above gutter. The measurements of the Deed are expected to agree with the inside measurements of the curb.
The Corp terms for setting curb are as follows
Labor - $3.00 per day for each man's time Foundation stone at 10 per ct. advance on the cost to us delivered on the spot. Gal. Clamps and other small extras at our usual rates.

Dear Sir
The cost of completing the bank in rear of lots 3482 - to 3982 will be $550.
To remove the stockade fence on Chant Lot line will cost $125 unless the posts are piled on Chant Lot; this could be done a little cheaper.
The cost of altering the passage way (now paved) between Maple & Halcyon Aves, into a path & covering the stone walls will be $100.

For the sake of setting a few things right for my catalogue as well getting the some deeds out of the way & settling accts. I will you would give me this week or quite early next the following.
The actual measurement & contents of lots 3012 & 3737 on Oxalis P. (Bourne). I think you will have to make a new sketch, or alter the old one so as to show the measures of the orig. tomb lot 3012^[its?] addition on Myrtle & lot 3737, after correcting distances from path to back side.
