I am instructed by the Committee on Lots to notify you that this Corporation will guarantee the perpetual repair and preservation of lot numbered 2517 belonging to the estate of your late husband for the sum of eleven hundred dollars, after the repairs suggested by the Superintendent, shall have been made. -

Railway tickets to be purchased for Trustees _
Voted that the Secretary be authorized to purchase for the use of this Board one hundred and twenty car tickets of the Union Railway Company from Boston to Mount Auburn, and distribute them to the Trustees.
Perpetual Repair _ Lot 2517.
The Secretary reported that the Committee on Lots had contracted for the perpetual repair of Lot No 2517 belonging to the estate of the late Josiah Vose for the sum of Eleven hundred dollars ($1100) subject to the concurrence of this Board.
Voted that said contract be concurred in.
Voted that when this meeting adjourn, it be to the next regular meeting on the 1st Monday in March. _
